Staylio operates ~40+ fully equipped serviced apartments across seven Central London neighbourhoods: Regent's Park & Marylebone (largest concentration), Old Street & Shoreditch, Kensington & Hammersmith, Fitzrovia & Mayfair, Barbican & Farringdon, Borough & Pimlico, and Little Venice & Maida Vale. Apartments range 45–80 sqm with fitted kitchens, in-unit laundry, self check-in (smart lock on most apartments, key handover on the rest), and all bills (electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, council tax) included in the nightly price. Housekeeping available on request; included on long stays. Minimum stay 3 nights; long-stay pricing steps down for stays of one week or more. Staylio direct rates are always at least 10% lower than the same apartment listed on Booking.com or Airbnb. Because Staylio does not pay platform commission, the saving is passed back to guests.
